Whataburger

"It was dark & the drive thru line was long. I had to use the bathroom so I went inside while my bf stayed in the car in line. The lady who I actually think was the manager was very rude when I asked for the pass code. She ignored my question & just said "are you gonna order anything?" I told her I was in line in the drive thru. Her response was "what did you order?" I was getting mad at this point because I just wanted a quick restroom break & this lady wanted me to tell her my entire order! My first response should've been enough! My order was right but honestly I felt upset when I left because of how unnecessary that was & as a manager, she should set a better example on how to treat customers. Food was good. Atmosphere & service BAD."

"Went last night to this location and ordered a double Patty Melt combo with fries and soda. The dine-in closes exactly at 12 midnight but the Drive Thru is open 24/7. The restaurant was super clean from the inside and the wait time of ordering thur the app wasn't that long. The employees were hardworking and friendly. This is a perfect location to bring the kids and family to enjoy a delicious meal anytime of the day. Will be returning here more often as the food was done fresh and tasty."

"Placed a mobile order at 10:55 did not have my food in hand till 11:40. This location took almost an hour to get me my food. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and told the manager multiple times that I was here and waiting. She was treated very rudely dismissed and told to just clean trays. The manager didn’t even have the guts to give me my food himself. He made her do it. He knew I was going to ask him why he needed to treat his employees like that, and that if he treated them better the store might run better. This is not the first time I have waited this long for food. Fast food is supposed be to be fast. They don’t care either I have asked before what I can do to help me not wait so long. I was shrugged at. I asked for cheese to be added to one item. It was not added. My wife’s was meal was supposed to be a combo meal and they only included the sandwich. I have reported to WhataBurger through the app and I am ignored. I never get refunded for the missing food. Do not waste your money here."

"This was my first time visiting this location. I came around 4pm on the way to my son’s basketball game stopping for a quick bite! I would have given it 5 stars but the pest control guy was there so it kind of left me a little apprehensive about eating my snack. The food was fresh and smelled delicious, I just hope it was a visit for preventative maintenance. Overall the service was great, I didn’t go inside but the outside was clean."

"Chimney Rock Whataburger is great! I frequent there because the grilled chicken Cobb salad is perfect. The salads are fresh and would cost at least 25 bucks at a non fast food restaurant. More importantly, they have dedicated staff who seem to enjoy providing great customer service. Also, I’ve never been to any restaurant or business that has virtually every ethnicity working together in such close quarters. The Chimney Rock Whataburger is the perfect model of inclusivity for all locations, not to mention other businesses."
