"Overall it was a great experience thanks to the manager who decided to comp part of my ticket, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary. My burger came out well done, even though I asked for “a little pink” as the waitress described it. I still enjoyed the burger and the fries. The manager just happened to stop by. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great burger."

"Everything was cool. Ordered to-go. I always order swiss cheese on my whiskey river turkey burger but they mistakenly placed cheddar on it...thankfully it tasted great. Of course we want our order to come as we place it but since it was good, I have no complaints. Sometime, trying things differently isn't so bad. Everything was fresh and hot. This was a good visit. Thank you."

"Customer service was beyond our expectations today. We were greeted with warm smiles from the hostess, waitress, to the manager. The staff continuously made their rounds and checked in on us throughout our meal. Just the interactions alone made our experience memorable. Cannot commend the staff enough. The food was hot and delicious straight off the grill. We asked for some pink and that’s exactly what we got. 10/10 will be back very soon!"

"Overpriced, Overyhyped and very disappointed. We had the buzzin chicken sandwich and a "BIG TAVERN" They were both bad. The chicken sandwich was covered in a buffalo sauce and wasn't tasty at all and the Big Tavern lacked sauce and was small. Let's say I wasn't buzzin after that experience and to pay nearly $14 for a sandwich is absolutely ludacris especially with that quality you can get better for half the price elsewhere. The server was kind but took to long to accommodate us, the sauces didn't arrive till after we finished the burger and sandwich too. A very very bad experience. If you're thinking to go please save yourself some $$ and from a truly disappointing experience. We will not be coming here again and I'd highly recommend you don't after reading this review."
