"Went this afternoon for a take out order I scheduled my order for 730 because the system said big order needed to be scheduled, so I decided to wait until 730 I receive the order with a nice staff member but when I open my food was totally cold the cheese was gross the only good thing was the soda. So disappointed of one of my favorite places."

"I arrived to the location on Veterans Memorial near Richie to pick up up two combo meals before heading home. I sometimes stop here on my way home from work. The fries in both orders were old and reheated. I paid for medium fries and was given a very small amount of stale fries for both orders. Both burgers tasted as though they had been sitting for sometime and also tasted old. I ordered the new chili burger which had no chili in it. Since I was already home, I didn’t want to drive back. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager Jose who did not come to the phone. I even heard the other workers asking him, “what do I tell him”., then coming back to me to say he’s not available for 5-10 minutes. When a customer calls and ask to speak to the manager, the manager needs to take the call. He clearly doesn’t belong in a management role. I Plan to share this with their corporate offices. Never again stopping at his location"

"I went to the counter and told the female worker my order, and she politely told me to excuse her. She waited for another employee who was busy. I was somewhat left hanging. I didn't know what the cause of the delay was. It was 10:25 a.m. and I thought she needed to ask her supervisor if they were still serving breakfast. But the other worker came to the register to actually take my order. I ordered the breakfast platter with sausage. It was very delicious & filling. Overall, I liked dining in at this Whataburger location. The dining area and restrooms are very clean."
