"Shame all these reviews hold true. Terrible location with no customer service. Restrooms covered in pee. Floors atrocious. Terribly stocked. Had an issue with my gas and the cashier acted smug and refused to help. Wouldn't even look at his screen. Unprofessional associates dressed sloppily. I will never do business here again"

"My husband stopped by this evening between 7:30-7:45 pm to get some items was charged $29.38. It showed up in our bank account. The lady running the register told him he didn’t pay so he couldn’t have his items. Called the police made a report. They told me to contact my bank to dispute charge. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate office. It’s a shame to have thieves running a store. He goes to this location 2-3 times a week and has never had this type of problem."

"Last time I’m coming here. It’s unfortunate since it’s the most affordable gas in the area, but the cashier charged me for gas and the pump didn’t go through so I asked him to look at my bank account on my phone (showing he charged me) but he denied giving me the gas I paid for anyway. Times are tough right now so that gas was supposed to help me for the week. I tried calling the number on the door since the cashier told me to, and I went through all the options to reach a person and no one picked up the phone. These people will steal your money and not even offer service or grievance to compensate."

"Stopped by a few weeks ago around 3am and found the doors locked and the cashier sitting outside in a lawn chair. Told me they closed at 2am even though the door says open 24hrs. Now I only go to the Stafford location."
