"The store layout is nice and simple but for the 2 ladies that were working May 3,2022 7:23-7:54pm just before closing, you've just gotten yourselves a non returning customer. I'm the type that doesn't like to be bothered too much while shopping but you 2 ladies made my experience a no brainer for me. Neither one of the 2 ladies greeted or even asked if I needed help in the store. Yet the both of them continued chatting with one another and a client that's probably a regular walked in and they greeted and chatted with her. 4 more customers entered the store at different times and they proudly greeted them. I wanted to make a purchase but decided not to after seeing the obvious. So I will be sure to pass on my experience with other secret shoppers.
