"Went here and got the seafood pho and I asked them to make it spicy. I got my food pretty fast and sure enough, the food was a little too spicy for my taste. Before I even said anything, the staff noticed and asked if it was too spicy. They offered to remake it, but I said no I’m used to spicy food anyway. They then came out and brought me extra broth and some milk tea free of charge. I gotta say I’ve never felt this level of care for customers like this at any other place I’ve eaten at before. Kudos."

"The food is great. I was happy to see vegetarian options to choose from. I ordered the Fried Rice & Fired Tofu with Egg. It’s my personal favorite order. The establishment is inside the 99 Ranch Market which makes it convenient for some grocery shopping. The space is a little small on the inside, but they do have a small area outside to eat. Staff is very friendly."

"We got to go but it was delicious they packed it well too! Wonton soup was on point My super asian mom approved this place ! We finally ate here several months later after shopping at 99 ranch. Pho and mi quang delicious with good presentation. Place was cute too. Helpful servers"
