"Went in yesterday 2/13/2024 for a steak bowl,, got home thought I was bout to chow down and to my surprise EVERY piece of steak which wasn’t much was tough, it was not chewable, it was dry and if swallowed will definitely kill you,, who ever the COOK is needs a job replacement or training in that department, will never go back here and it was a waist of my money I give them a 0 out of 10 , the person that made my bowl was so eager to give out dog scraps that even a dog wouldn’t eat,, keep your money and don’t even bother cause you definitely gone be disappointed"

"the service has gone down at this location tremendously! they also make their own rules, i was told "we don't do that at this location" regarding a menu item that is on the chipotle website. also, the food is never fresh at this location the beans, meat, and rice are always dry. when i asked to speak to the manager ashley she was just as rude as the other workers. i now go out of my way to go to the westheimer location, much better service and the food has been fresh everytime!"

"Management likely won’t see this and if they do, probably won’t care. Please avoid this location at all costs if you value your sanity. I live nearby therefore I have come here often. Mobile orders are routinely 20-30 minutes late and 4 out of 5 times are incorrect. The tables are unkept and the trash is always overflowing. Staff seem overworked or unprepared. Not sure which one. I’m not asking for much. After all, it is Chipotle. All I’m asking for is on-time mobile orders and ensure they are correct. Especially if I leave a generous tip each time."

"I'm sad to say that tonight I had the worst Chipotle experience ever. Went in at 8pm. I get to the food line and all the hot items are dried or, concerning the vegetables, reduced to mush. When I asked for fresher veggies, turns out the cook has to make more (he was doing his closing procedure). I just take the mush. The employee that made my bowl then proceeds to rush making my bowl, so much so that she skimps on the portions and doesn't pause to drain any of the excess juices, constantly asking "is that it" as if to indicate impatience. I just want to eat, so I go to pay and I didn't even get a proper receipt, so I couldn't even fill out the survey. I finally go to eat my bowl and it 1) tastes bland for Chipotle and 2) is so overflowing with juices that my bag gets soaked and I have to drain a 1/4 cup of sauce juice just to eat it. Very unprofessional and poor service. At least the building was nice."
