"The food was gross. Restaurant was empty. The server was rude. I can see why this place was empty. Rice was undercooked, gravy was nothing but water. Only descent thing was the Sprite. Definitely not going back."
"This place has gone downhill quite a bit in the past few years. Stopped in for a quick lunch after about 2 years away and was mortified by what this place has turned into. The chicken had to have been on the rotisserie for 2 days, cornbread was cold and dry and even the macaroni was different."
"Stopped by this location today because unfortunately there is not a location on my side of town and haven't had their food in awhile. I was extremely disappointed. The food, the cornbread, everything about the meal was not what I've known of Boston Market. Let's just say I have a bad aftertaste. Would have done better going to a burger joint. Not worth the money. Now I understand why this place looks like a ghost town. Even the bag that your food comes in doesn't have it's logo. Extremely disappointed and will not return to any Boston Market location. This experience ruined me which is unfortunate because my previous experiences with other locations have been way better."
"I don't know what happened to the Boston Market I loved. The first warning sign at the drive through was receiving my meal in a generic cheap plastic sack that said "thank you" not the Boston Market bag. When I opened the food at home, the chicken was visibly not the same as before. It wasn't crisp and browned like rotisserie chicken. It looked pale and as if it had been cooked in a microwave. It was a slimy texture, as was the broccoli. The cornbread was old, thin, and stale. I threw away the entire meal. I didn't even offer my dog the cornbread."
"When did they change the recipe for the cornbread? They used to be sweet, soft, and moist. Today I went by for half a dozen corn bread and they were thin and dry. Also had a bad after taste. Something was off about them. I had to throw them all out because not even my dogs would eat them."
