"Horrible drive-thru service. They don’t make orders ahead, they will leave you waiting in line for 10 min, have you waiting 10 min at the window after you PAID for your food, and is STILL waiting. This N. Gessner location should be under new management and or closed, just horrible."

"I placed a mobile pickup order only to be told when I made it that there machine was down and I gotta go through the Burger King App to cancel. And this the exact reason McDonald’s cycling you guys out poor customer service and upside down understanding."

"After driving half way home I realized my order was incorrect AND my card was not returned. I drive back and the girl chuckled and said oh ya here and returned my card...then the manager argued with me about what I ordered when I speak very clearly and they all busy talking and not paying attention so it's no wonder there are errors. It's fine, it happens, BUT don't argue with customers on top of it. Pay attention to paying customers. Never going back to this location. No apologies nothing. Waste of time, gas and just irritating. Get better managers! Ones that actually care about their jobs."
