"We were in Houston for the weekend and wanted to try something from my country. Victor, Fanny and John are amazing and the food is perfect!! Prices are affordable and parking was great, cannot say enough good things about the place, highly recommended!!"
"The fish ceviche was fresh and delicious, my chicken and plantains were cooked perfectly, and the cassava fries came out crispy and hot. I really enjoyed the coconut mojito as it was very refreshing. My husband did not care for the crab, but everything else was great."
"Food was delicious! We stopped in after church one Sunday afternoon, the dining area is small, and there was a little bit of a wait, but once we were seated the wait staff was great, they did tell us the kitchen was backed up, but quickly got us drinks. The wait wasn’t bad, food was delicious and enjoyed the atmosphere."
"Let me start with how excited we were when we saw this place come up in our recommendations. Specially excited about the oxtail on the menu. Turns out it was excessively priced and sub par, and let me not forget an additional $5 charge for a side of rice on top of the dish, hence we think it was totally not worth it! We obviously learnt about it later as we paid $125 for 3 people. We had a dish each and a juice each which was again excessively sweetened and didn’t taste real. We also had an appetiser each. So yes, there was a lot of food, but for the quantity and the quality/taste it just wasn’t great value. I would not recommend this place specially if you are looking for oxtail."
