"Absolutely TERRIBLE manager, waited in line on xmas day, NO ONE REPLIES on comms for 10 minutes and I moved up thinking the line was malfunctioning. When greeted at the front, the MANAGER accused me of cutting in line, and forced me to get back in line, having waited over 20 minutes! Disgusting and heartless people, I hope they wont ruin the days of others as it almost did ours, please do yourself a favor and avoid them, I fear they might spit on your food."
"The African-American male worker who worked on 11/9 was dismissive, eating an egg roll while serving customers. He was rude and he was not ready to assist customers. I did not appreciate the customer service. Typically I go through the drive-through the lead is nice and whoever that male was he must be new but needed some additional one-on-one customer service training"
"Probably the best location I've been to! The cashier was the absolutely most professional cashier I've seen in a fast food restaurant! I listened how she handled other customers and she did her absolute best for every other person that stepped in. Great location. Food was made correctly and order was given timely!"
