"placed an order a month ago when i was given the wrong order by the worker as mentioned by michelle in an earlier review. the situation was not rectified and was personally blamed by that worker for picking up the wrong bag even though she handed the bag to us. additionally, the hours are wrong here on google and on the wingstop app. the food is decent but customer service has definitely taken a hint the past couple months."

"This location sucks. The last two times I’ve been here have been awful. First time, it took over an hour to get my food. I was waiting and watching a bunch of other people get their food, I ordered before them and wash still waiting. I eventually asked them where my food was and they brought it out. The food wasn’t even hot, so it must’ve been sitting there. Second time, slow again and the portions was obnoxiously small for the amount of money you pay. This place used to be pretty decent, but it sucks now."

"Placed a pickup order on the 10th, came to pick it up and was given another customers order. I then called to let them know of the mistake and the worker (Melanie) tried to blame it on the customer, saying they grabbed the wrong order. I truly do not believe that is what happened. I then asked if they could remake my correct order and she said "no the fryers are off" so I asked for a refund and she said "the best I can do if offer you %15 off your next order. How is that fair when I did nothing wrong?? They also didn't bother to write our names on the bags - probably would've prevented this entire situation if that was just done. Poor customer service"

"Delivery arrived with a bunch of what it looks like oil at the bottom of the bag. We had to throw 1 of the 3 boxes that were inside. Good wings but bad packaging."

"We came here to try the new chicken sandwich. It was actually pretty good. I would recommend the dry rub and not the one with the sauce. The inside of this place is nasty and needs a cleaning. The bathrooms were horrible omg I almost puked. Their were feces around the toilet and urine all over the floors. I walked out of the men’s restroom into the women’s only because the men’s restroom was so nasty. The women’s restroom was no better. The health department must not check the cleanliness of the inside. If I would of saw these restrooms prior to me eating my food, I would’ve never ordered. For that reason we will never come back again. Management, if your restrooms are that nasty, I know the kitchen and the employees are even nastier. If they work their during a shift and everyone is in and out of the restroom, just imaging their sanitary competence."
