"We always have such an amazing experience when we come in. Roel remembers us, and is helpful when we want to know what special they have. He is very attentive and quick with service. Food was great, and came or quickly."
"This is that you get when you order from here.... Vs what they advertise... No care was taken when making this meal. Missing ingredients. Just sad. Didn't have a good experience in the restaurant when dining in. Ordered this to go for family at home... Couldn't believe it when we opened the bag. It's saddening because my family really enjoys Chili's too. But I won't tolerate or pay for this kind of service. Fix this."
"Staff were awesome, food was lovely only thing was table was a little sticky underneath and restrooms were sticky but that gotten be from the cleaning stuff"
"I really like Chili's and usually no big issues. Food was okay. We were welcomed in at the front even though it was rainy and the floors and rugs were very wet. While eating, we saw paramedics go through twice with a stretcher but no one said why and we did not ask since it was not any of our business. When we went to leave, we were stopped at the hostess station by the front door and told we couldn't exit that way. We were then told to walk on the wet/damp floors all the way to the back room and go out the side door. In the rain, in a parking lot road with no sidewalks, through the standing water to where sidewalks began, and to the front disabled parking space. This was a major issue as I had someone parked in the disabled parking by the front door because they had walking issues and were unsteady on their feet. Chilis offered no apology, no concern, no forewarning, nothing. This put the person I was with at risk. Instead of speaking with corporate, I did speak with the manger on duty and told him I was not calling for any compensation, just so he could find a better solution than having other disabled persons that day have to take that route and be subjected to the elements and vehicles driving through the parking lot splashing them. I found his attitude and manner of speaking unprofessional and not a positive representative of Chilis. Will I eat at Chili's again? Yes. That particular location? Perhaps. Hopefully management will take that day as a learning experience and be better prepared. It was nerve wracking trying to make certain this person was safe and wouldn't fall. At the very least, Chilis should have told us the issues when they greeted us, or while we sat there eating, or when we paid, or before we left the booth and walked gingerly up front to leave. Multiple opportunities to inform us were missed or ignored. Had we been made aware upon entering, we would have just gone somewhere else that rainy day and ate at Chili's another day."
"It was a crisp fall afternoon when I decided that Chili's would add glee to an already amazing day. I ordered the 6oz steak , I enjoy my steak rare but after 3 bites I realized I was not eating steak. Instead it was sashimi in beef form. As I write this review I have been unintentionally reanacting scenes from "Platoon" in what can only be described as napalm leaving my body. The staff was great and I would like to thank them for this experience because as my insides pour out of me, I have become much closer with God. I am not upset with the staff, they made it right by preparing an entire new steak and sides for me. I put it in a To-Go box so I can enjoy another near death experience later. Don't fire the staff, buy them meat thermometers. I am giving a one star because the rest of my evening is now cancelled so I can update my will and pray these demons will pass as I remained confined to my bathroom."
