"This Jack in the Box is so much better compared to other locations like Clute and Freeport. The food and service was good, the only problem is that this place looks like its understaffed because I only saw like 3 workers working there. The poor Hispanic lady was hustling taking orders and making food at the same time, she looked overwhelmed. However, overall she was very friendly because she made sure all of my food was correct and she also apologized for my mobile order that was delayed 5 minutes late. This place has very good food however, it could just use an improvement on its staffing and also a remodeling at least."

"very entertaining watching the customers fight with staff but food took forever and workers were not doing their jobs at all, not one customer in there was happy. one customer even went in the back having to help make food because the workers were getting nothing done, personally would not go back"

"The only thing they're consistent with is taking forever, even in the drive-thru, and getting your order wrong. Today, the guy behind me actually backed out of the druve-thru because they were taking so long to get orders out. 3 cars waiting for almost 20 mins... Most of the time, they get my order wrong, either getting the wrong type of fries or not putting bacon on a sandwich. Bear in mind, I order for one person every time and it still gets messed up. They will always take forever. So sometimes my order is wrong and they take forever or my order will be right but it still takes forever. There's definitely something wrong with the kichen staff. Then again, the person running drive-thru should be able to ensure your order is right and put the right fries in the bag. I've been to multiple JiBs and, since moving here 6 months ago, this location fails every time. Don't get me wrong, usually, the team is super friendly and nice but I think this final mess up has motivated me to stop eating out."

"Every single time I go to that Jack-in-the-Box in Lake Jackson, which is right across the street from my home and it’s very convenient for me. I have an issue I have an issue with the ability for me to even go inside and get have an issue with the management the night manager know what’s wrong with this person. I do not like the bash. Panis, I usually like to get good Reviews for this Jack-in-the-Box really needs help It’s ridiculous. I just wanted to walk across the street. To get some tacos or and there’s always something going on there issue. Terrible spot. Thanks."
