"My chicken sandwich was still cold even when I got it toasted. Store was hot. The employee there sucked. The lady at the register was talking on the phone with her AirPods while on the job. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all."

"Having been in many subway locations in fort bend county as well as along 59s to Victoria, I've found this location to be the best and worst. The week day staff is without a doubt the best in every way. The evening staff is so laid back they give the impression they are doing you a favor to wait on you. The Sunday day staff is the worst I've ever seen. The one taking the order has his ear bud on and talking on his cell, the next is the one who places what you desire on your order; he should be at wally- world gathering baskets in the parking lot. The last at the register is aware of everything but not correcting anything. It's a shame. but the don't cares may cause this location to eventually close. Turn the day crew loose to clean house and restaff ."

"I ordered curbside and arrived and followed the app's instructions, which said someone would come bring out my order. I waited 15+ minutes after it said it would be ready but no one came. I finally went inside and it was on the to-go orders shelf. And it didn't even have any napkins. Overall the sandwich was pretty good, but the service could be better."

"The Hispanic lady working on 10/05/23 at 12:30pm needs to be fired asap!Horrible customer service. She messed up 2 people’s orders! The lady in front of me didn’t ask for sriracha sauce and the Hispanic worker put it and instead of making a new sandwich, just scooped it off the sandwich with residue left! All while my sandwich was left in the oven burnt! She almosttt used the same meat and cheese on my new sandwich she made! No way! All the other employees deserve a raise! Outstanding!"
