"This location has some really good food. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was really good and the staff that brought the food to the table were really nice. The only complaint I have is the confusion of when you walk in there is a line you immediately walk into. We got to the counter to place our order and were asked if we had picked a table yet. There is just no direction of picking a table first, where to get a menu, or order to placing your order."

"Ordered a burger the classic but with a chicken patty and fries. It was my 1st time to this restaurant so I got what I thought was the basic sandwich, fries, and drink. Chloe who was very nice a patient told me it would be about 20min. I was impressed because I’m thinking the food is fresh off the grill or in my case the fryer. I waited patiently while drinking my sweet T (4 stars) and looked over the menu. Saw there was a salted Carmel shake, so I ordered that as well. Shake was really good sweet and salty at the same time (4 stars) too much salt at the bottom but still good. When my order came out after about 20 mins or so. The chicken burger was tasty and I have no complaints. However, all was good until I open my fries. Handcut Chipperbec fries were horrible. They were cold and dry, so they were sitting somewhere out in the open. I couldn’t believe it. If you are taking your time to make fine burgers, don’t cut quality short on the sides."

"Very dissatisfied. Ordered an online purchase of 2 burgers and fries to be picked up at 5:30 pm. Arrived early but happily surprised my order was ready. I was not happily surprised when my food was cold. We live 5 minutes from this location. I'm sure it would have tasted great if it had been at temp. I let them know when I received a feedback email and was given a free shareable. So let's hope if I go back that it is a better experience."

"Great chill-out place for the younger generation who just want to sit and look at their phones. Even a great get together place for small celebrations. Not sure best for service - had ask about our drinks we ordered. Fries were delicious - can’t really go wrong with spicy fries. Turkey burger was okay - the Wheat bun it came with was filled with whole grains! The chicken tenders needed a little more cooking. The beers were on-point being cold and crisp."

"First time eating at this location. We have been to others. Loved the new Truffle Mac burger. Yummy. Husband had the buffalo bill burger and said it was good. Disappointed with the truffle fries. Not as good as they normally are but figured it's a one off. Overall staff was Friendly and not very crowded. We will be back."
