"Good Tex Mex. Bright dining at lunch. Ambiance was good. I'm always looking for a good Tex Mex spot with spicy salsa. Unfortunately the red and green they serve with chips were both very mild."
"Not overwhelmed, but not underwhelmed either. Is just “whelmed” a word? The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. As was the service and the decor. It was all pretty average. Nothing fast, but nothing was slow either. It’s almost as if they were low on wait staff or something when we visited last night. I’m not sure. However, everyone was super nice and friendly and helpful. The food was good. The ambiance was nice as well. Nothing super fancy, but not totally plain. It might have made a difference if the walls weren’t so plain. There was some decor, but everything was painted white. Could use some accent colors to make it feel a little more homely and not so institutional. I wouldn’t say that it was super expensive, but it wasn’t cheap. All in all, it was pretty average. Not mad, but not in love."
"Honest review Came here with my family, I love Mexican food, have Mexican ascendancy, both sauce that comes with the nachos red & Green, we didn't like it, the taste just wasn't fresh or good, lioe another review here, it taste like it comes out of a can. My wife asked for ribeye steak, and I had the beef ribs. My ribs were definitely not fresh. they had a rancid or odd weird taste, and vegetables didn't taste or look fresh. The table wasn't prepared in advance. We had to ask for napkins, then the food came along, and we had to ask for the cutlery. How are we supposed to eat? These are small details, but being neglected takes a toll on any restaurant. The only thing we did like was the "queso dip with jalapeños". Like most Mexican restaurants, you get good sized food for the money you pay, but Compared 1$ on 1$ with other Mexican restaurants with the same category of food, this one went all the way to the bottom of my list."
"My honest review, the inside of the restaurant is nice, my husband loves Mexican food so we thought to give it a try. Food is just ok, the salsa that is complimentary that comes with the chips honestly taste like it came out of a can. I had a small peach Margarita which was super sweet and tasted like juice. My husband had the house margarita which was good. I got the fajita steak nachos with queso instead of cheddar cheese, way to much refried beans on it and they were bland, the steak fajita meat was tasty though. We ordered 3 tacos for my husband, requested flour tortillas which the waiter repeated as “soft tacos” which we confirmed was correct, the same waiter brings my husband his food and all 3 tacos were crispy? How do you give someone an order that you corrected to still bring out the wrong order lol, not a biggie but annoying. He just ate the tacos, I will be returning for my husband but me personally did not enjoy my experience or food so I won’t be returning. Friendly staff though."
"First time here. The place is clean and new. My wife, son and I came for lunch. The service was slow and our waitor was so so. Didn't seem very motivated. We ordered teas and queso. It took a long time for both to come...they weren't very busy. My wife and I split fajitas (beef). My son got enchiladas. Again, it took a while for the food to come. The fajitas seemed skimpy (not much meat). The queso was ok, but it needed a little doctoring. It was bad but not great."
