"If you ever go to this location make sure to check your bag to see if all your items are in there. There is honestly a 50% chance you are missing an item and then you also have a 25% chance that one of your items isn't what you actually ordered. Timely service, but I would rather wait an extra minute or two for them to actually check to make sure they got your order right and that they actually put your food in the bag. I'm not joking when I tell you I have had to go back through the drive-thru or into the store every other time I am there which is unfortunate because this location is right next to where I work and when everything is correct it's great."

"Just picked up two cheeseburger and fries to go in drive thru. Had to tell the order taker three times cheese, mayo, no onion. RECEIVED NO MAYO AND HAD ONIONS ON IT! They asked me at every window if I wanted cheese. YES! Don’t understand the confusion. This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong at this location. I like their burgers and fries when I get what I want."

"Had a quarter pound burger and they put about a quarter pound of mayo on it....I had to wipe out all that disgusting mayo. A little goes a long way guys! Shake was good. Fries are OK. Need seasoning. I rated the place low because a teen asked someone for a medium size lid and she rudely told him with attitude to check the table where the drinks were. There were no lids there (that area was neglected) which is why he was asking. He wasn't rude in his tone or anything. She may have been tired but no reason to have attitude."

"We stopped here on our way home after a busy day with appointments. We got a bacon double cheeseburger and a chicken dinner.. We split the burger and fries, then the rest of the order of the chicken dinner (it comes with 6 good sized chicken tenders, fries, gravy, a dinner roll, a cookie and a drink), we took it to work the next day for lunch. The food here at this Braum’s is always so fresh and hot, and it’s always very clean when we go in to eat! Not so much at other Braum’s stores in town? The service is always positive and given with a smile!"

"Terrible experience dining here. I'm not sure I'll ever return. Lobby was a disaster. The first time my order returned to me, everything was wrong. The second time, nothing was remade. Everything was fixed, slapped together, and sent back out cold, sloppy, and soggy. None of the employees seemed to care."
