Salad and Go

"2/28/2024: back again and unfortunately they messed up both orders. Greek salad was supposed to be tofu, and the Caesar was supposed to have buffalo chicken. It's frustrating how often this happens, but at least the receipt shows the correct order. Called them up and they very happily offered a refund which I appreciate. Will try again. 12/9/2023: I'm assuming it's weekend staff that are new and need more training because they forgot multiple things. They even mentioned we'd be upcharged for the extra sauce asked for, and yet that was forgotten. Had to ask for our drink multiple times when they thought they were done. And only 1 fork was given for 3 salads. Management train better. 8/11/2023 between 11:30-12:00pm: whoever is working this shift needs more training. They messed up orders, after repeating them, and took much longer than normal. Noticed two were just talking amongst themselves while someone else was handling the 3 food items. Mine specifically didn't have buffalo chicken (repeated for her multiple times), or any feta cheese."

"Great value, under $7 for a salad including chicken. Staff was very friendly too! You can tell the vegetables are all fresh, definitely much better than premade salad from grocery store (at similar price point). Maybe not as fancy as Ensalata, but you'd be paying 3x as much there. Really enjoyed the Cobb Salad, the Greek salad was pretty good too (pictured)."

"Great concept for a swift and healthy option. I customized my Cobb Salad in the app and it was super simple. Easy pickup and friendly service. Ample amount of fresh ingredients….salad and drink for less than $10! Make sure to note the drive-thru lane for mobile orders is on the other side of the building."

"This was my first and last time ever coming here. The salad: I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and with cheese. I was up charged $1 however I was told there was cheese under the salad and I'm literally still looking for the cheese on the salad. When asked where it was the lady said under the chicken. Well, again I moved the chicken and I'm still looking for the cheese I paid for. I asked for more and was charged another $1 for again a scoop. The amount that was given was clearly a joke. The entire salad was a joke and I'd recommend patronizing salata where the portions make more sense. Customer service: I'm big on customer service and there is major room for growth. The unnecessary attitudes from both ladies at the window were so bad and very passive aggressive. Overall my first impression of this place is horrible. I will never spend a dime at this place again and would never recommend it to anyone. $10 for lettuce... Tuh.."
