"The lady in the drive-thru window is just down right disrespectful. The new ordering system sucks. I am still awaiting a refund for my mobile order that was placed but wasn’t canceled by Taco Bell. They don’t have a way for you to cancel or refund the order once it’s been made in the app."
"I tried to order a taco pack at 1:20 AM the girl at the window was RUDE AF she told me oh no sorry we don’t have enough for that we are about to close. Girl yall close in 40 minutes you’re telling me I can’t order a taco pack? GTFO there was only ME AND ANOTHER CAR IN LINE. Then when I got my TWO TACOS and nachos, the whole nachos was flipped upside down. Bad customer service. They need a manager working at nights because telling me I can’t order more than two tacos is ridiculous."
"The service was okay. The lady who took my order could’ve been more professional but maybe she was having a bad day. The food was good and tasted pretty fresh. I did order in the drive through so I’m not sure how the atmosphere inside the restaurant was. That’s why it’s not rated."
"I absolutely HATE this new ordering system!! And the lady at the counter was rude not only to me but to the Spanish speaking people behind me. She used a very patronizing tone while helping them finish their order because the menu was in English. Also their maintenance man even requested i move from where i was eating to another location because he couldn't wait for me to finish my meal...Other locations are so much nicer. I won't be returning to this location any time soon"
