Jack in the Box

"The food at Jack in the Box is decent, with a variety of burgers, tacos, and other items to choose from. The customer service is fair, with friendly and efficient staff. However, the facilities are old and could use some updating. Overall, it's a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat, but don't expect anything fancy."

"This was supposed to be their "Supreme Crossoint" bacon sandwich in the combo meal #21. The amount of bacon should have been 3 or 4 times as much to justify the name and price of the meal. This was a rip-off, and I'll never buy it again."

"The staff that worked Friday May 5, between 4-4:30 were rude, I asked for a chocolate Oreo shake with extra Oreo. I get to the window it was vanilla I kindly ask him to remake what I asked for with no whip or cherry. I got it back spilling over, with whip cream and no extra cookies that I got charged for. I told them to give me the extra cookies, the young lady said she couldn’t do it because I made them late. Teach your staff to take ownership and properly handle their job."

"I've been coming to this location literally for 18 years. I went in while I was on my break to grab something quick and if I would have had more time I would have made a bigger deal out of it the lady handed me my bag and I grabbed a French fry and popped it in my mouth it not only was cold it was hard so I reached in and grabbed a couple more to see if it was just that 1 or if it was the whole bag. Mind you I watched them pull the French fries out of the grease and They came out in one solid brick and then sat there while they were making the sandwich. She hit this brick of curly fries with the back end of the scoop to break them up so she could put them in the little fry container. So I in Spanish told the lady who took my order that the French fries were hard and she says oh no they're fresh and I said yes I watched them come out and I handed her a French fries so she could feel she was older just crispy didn't offer to fix it or change it out or anything now in 18 plus years I have never had this experience so I'm a little disappointed in today's visit"
