Jack in the Box

"Stopped by today to get food after work. Placed my order and asked for buttermilk to be added in the bag. Lady in the window advised me that each sauce was 25 cents. I never in my life was charged for any sauce before. I went on and paid it. Got home and the burger was cold but the buttermilk was warm. Not sure but I feel like something shady was going on. Safe to say I won’t be back to this location in the future"

"I went to grab some dinner because my power went out. The line was long. It didn't move for 30 mins. But I ordered online so I didn't know how to get my money back. The line moved so slow. At the time I didn't realize it wasn't moving because they were not answering the box. People were waiting and leaving because nobody would take the order. By the time I got to the box they had resumed taking orders because apparently it was shift change. I told them my order. They told me to pull up, they said the couldn't look up the order because they were changing shifts. She asked me what I ordered. She handed me an order which was cold. By this point it had been over an hour. I get home and the order was not even mine. I couldn't eat it because it had items tht i dont like.I requested a refund. I never received it and never heard back. I will never go back to that location."

"I previously gave a great review simply because I loved their service especially when I get off at 3am. Well tonight I decided to grab a bite to eat. Worse drive thru ever. To top it off, my order was missing food and she didn't give any napkins condiments etc. I couldn't go back I have a meeting in 10 minutes but I will be calling."
