"This has been the most stressful situation I've Ever come up against in FastFood! On 11/27 | place an order that was prepared incorrectly I noticed so I went back through the drive-thru and asked to have it made correctly. They talked amongst each other and laughed but I didn't pay any attention to the situation. When I opened the food after getting home I was disgusted!!! I would have went back that night, but just had a baby and didn't want to take her out again. I made a review and requested they review the footage. When I had a chance the next day I went to the store and Erika was pissed that I made a bad review and made sure I and the staff was aware! It was a show she was rude and insinuated I did this for free foodI would let my dog eat from this place since this has occurre!). To this day Erika whom I doubt holds the position she says is GM has yet to do anything about the situation. I've been making contact and they are not taking this serious at all!!!. I don't know what else to do since she claims she is over everyone and there isn't someone more professional who can deal with this available. I haven't been the same and will NEVER eat fast food again Help"

"I’m a truck driver I know is not open inside but I wanna do a order bur the lady tell me if not posible I let her know I have truck is not posible go to the drive-thru she say is not open until 9. My question why is not posible when in another they take my orders . Suck!! I just leave ."
"This was terrible! Placed our app order for pick up inside. Website stated we could pick up inside until 9:30pm. We get here at 8pm with the doors locked. A drivethru that is 10 cars long and now we have waited so long that all of our food is cold and soggy… do better Taco Bell.. look at my sons dinner!!! Thanks for nothing"
"Place is very clean if you want to dine in, food is ready on time and well made. Their manager or lead employee goes around asking if everything is fine, which is a plus and uncommon for other Taco Bells. For the price and service, you get something good in return."
