"Ordered a 6" American Club with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions on white roll, chips and lemonade for pickup. I received turkey, on white roll, chips and lemonade. Bad service! Edit: I was contacted by management regarding my post above. The manager apologized and ensured me Lenny’s would make it right upon my next visit, Lenny’s came through! I am extremely pleased with how the issue was handled. Outstanding!!!!"

"First time being here and will not go back. I ordered a Buffalo grilled chicken. Chicken is basically sliced chicken lunch meat and they just added Buffalo hot sauce. Nice soggy spicy mess. For $15 was pretty disappointing."

"Don't order online at this location. It's almost always wrong. It tastes great if you go inside. I'm personally done with this location, as i haven't had my order right the last three times I gave them. Last two times was pre supply shortage, so they can't blame it on that. Hit and miss location overall. Update: ordered at the counter, drive thru, and online again all separate dates. Can confirm they only made my order somewhat right when I'm staring at them. It's a language barrier or they just don't care. Changing my rating to a 1. Won't be back until you hire some workers that actually listen. Waste of money otherwise."
