Reviews
"My roommate and I stopped here on the way the HEB across the street, opting to eat dinner before grocery shopping. That was a massive mistake, and this is going to sound like one of those over-the-top, questionable reviews, but the experience was really that outlandish. We entered, and I steered towards the kiosk out of habit, we both customize our meals and I like to remove the risk of the middle-man entering something wrong. So I can't dock them for not running to the register. However, everything after this point... The order was in, and we sat down. After a couple minutes, we overhead someone in the back chiding other employees for having personal food and/or drinks in the food-preparation area. And from the sounds of it, this was far from the first time the warning had been issued by the presumably senior staff member. If we hadn't already had put in and order and paid, we would've turned around and left then. We ended up waiting nearly twenty (20) minutes for our food to reach our table. Which was very disappointing once we got it, as many others have cited, there was little inside of the shells and tortillas, especially when it came to the protein, and they managed to flub some of the customization options even with such a long delay. The cherry on top came as we were finishing up our meal. Among the young kids with that poor food-safety practice, there was an older Hispanic woman. She had seemed to be on the ball, until we looked back into the kitchen, and saw her walking around with an INFANT in her arms! Being completely truthful here, they had a baby in the food preparation areas! We immediately then swore off this location indefinitely. Go to any other Taco Bell location besides this one. Not only do they skimp on the ingredients and rip you off, but they are violating health and safety standards here."
"I can't believe how bad customer service is. Went today and of course no one said anything and you have to order at the kiosk. We ordered and I put the wrong on in. I told them I made a mistake and it was the same price. They just told me that I ordered wrong. I don't work there. They didn't try to help. Customer service sucks. It's bad training."
"Great not 5 stars, serve the proper amount of food. .Don't cheat..very clean. Will comeback again not sure now for the dri"
"They suck. Our food is always stale and they’re stingy with the black bean tacos."
