"Mannn look I hate this location now I used to love going here cuz this white lady that used to work there she always had the store looking nice and was always very helpful and when I would come to shop to make my self feel better she was always there to make me smile I think her name was Kelsie or Chelsea now it's always a mess and the staff are rude and unhelpful"

"My original review was in regards to the cashier failing to tell me that bodysuits were nonrefundable despite telling me that I could try on everything at home and get a refund since the fitting rooms are closed. The cashier was nice and the company did give me a $10 coupon that I can only use online lol I found that out when I attempted to use the coupon at a location in VA. I'm satisfied that they at least responded and tried to make it right."

"The workers are always rude, however especially when it's time to close. I walked in at 7:48 pm. What I needed was at the register so it would have been in and out. As soon as I walk in no "hello" instead we're closing in 10 minutes and then proceeds to loudly yell I'm about to lock the door, somebody go stand by the door. And the lights were already really low so I don't know how the customers inside can see. Not wasting another dollar or minute at this store"

"I had somewhere to go last night so I stopped in the store to grab a quick outfit... got home and the censor was still on the shirt so I couldn’t even wear it!! Their alarm didn’t even go off when I walked out the door! How do you forget to take off a censor?! I guess that’s what happens when you have young girls working in the store on their cell phones and using bad language around customers smh"
