"worst place to go. lazy workers just standing around and talking. came to get a tire swapped and took them almost 3 hours to do and they weren’t even busy! horrible service and horrible workers. don’t recommend this place at all."

"Ridiculous. I've just gone to get my oil changed on 3 different occasions. All failed. The first time I pulled up 30 min before they closed (I didn't know) and the guy told me that it was going to be at least 45 min before they could get started, but there were no cars in there, not even in the tire side. The 2nd time I waited outside for 20 min while employees walked by back and forth looking at me while I waited for someone to come by, and nothing. They just ignored me. Eventually, as I was pulling away, one guy from inside finally grabbed the tablet and looked my way, but idk if he wa coming to help. I was too irritated to check. 3rd time I parked in the parking lot to call and see what the wait time was for it. I was on hold for 22 min before it hung up automatically. It had transferred me to Customer Services 3 times and they rerouted the call each time. I could see in there and they weren't doing anything, especially not answering the phone. I finally had to visit another company because of this. As I said before. Ridiculous."

"The "Lead" automotive tech. Complained about having to change battery behind wheel well. Stated he/ they would not change it because of an incident where they did not put tire on correctly and It flew off. I asked if they still change tires and surprise they do... also still change batteries but would not change battery behind tire. Had to drive over an hour round trip to other Wal-Mart. He was very rude and said he was too busy anyways."
