Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"DO NOT EAT HERE. The customer service by the manager at the front was horrible. My friend ordered food and they failed to say the number of the order out loud which led to the food being stolen. When we asked about the food, they said we needed the receipt so my friend dug in the trashcan for about 10 minutes until he found it. When he showed the receipt she refused to give him his food after telling him to show it. She also lied about us taking 3 packs of food which is just insane and untrue. Shame on this location of Popeyes, do better with who you choose to hire. Edit: it is a short Hispanic lady that I’m guessing in her 30’s to 40’s, keep this paragraph in mind if you choose to eat here."

"i placed my order and paid and was told to park at the front of the store. I was also advised that my food would be out in 7 minutes. It After 30 minutes I walked up to the door and the man inside told me they were closed and to go through the drive through. What does sense does that make? I then proceed to go through the drive through again and still had to wait another 10 minutes before I was approached. They THEN at that moment took my order again and started to make my food. At this point I’m in the drive through on 2 feet in the middle of the night waiting on food when all I ordered was 6 wings. They didn’t even discount me."

"Food was good but the woman working the window today needs customer service training. No reason the customer should be nicer than the employee. The man was nice but woman will be bad for business. The new mango frozen drink is alright."

"We arrived late in houston due to a delay in our flight. As he knew that we were hungry, my brother-in-law grabbed me food from this Popeyes. Thank god for family! The food was hot and fresh. The Chicken was crispy and everything I expected from Popeyes. The southern style is perfect. The meat was juicy though the white meat was al little more dry as expected. The flavors were all there. The cajun fries were awesome. It was a little oily which is normal for Popeyes fries. However, the spices make the fries so much better. The biscuits were also awesome and a must-have for Popeyes. Basically, everything was good and I can't wait to eat at Popeyes again!"

"Ok I’ve been to this Popeyes a handful of times and usually it’s a long wait but food is usually good..but today I ordered a 8 piece family meal as well as other combos total of 8 piece was 21.99 plus tax and well the 2 leg pieces and the wings were fresh but the chicken breast and thighs were old!! So old it was crispy and was not edible at all..I called the 1877 Popeyes and they were no help and called the store and they said I had to take the crispy chicken back and then they could refund problem is it’s not close to my home I just go there when I go to the dr appointment and I told them this and they said that I can save the chicken and bring it when I can..why would I hold on to chicken for that long..makes no sense I told them I had pics of chicken and I could email them and they said corporate doesn’t let them give refunds on chicken unless it’s approved by the main owner cause they have to see it for themselves..smh will not be going to this Popeyes will stick to the one by my home.."
