"This B. Millers is inconsistent with quality and service. My trip this week for takeout was not good. I got home without fries and my spouse and I both got pinto beans, which were inedible because of the salt content. I'm adding another disappointing review. Basically, it's rare when getting takeout that the order is correct once I get it home. I recently picked up 2 meals and even though the receipt and the ticket on the bag listed the correct sides, they were wrong and one was missing. I'd say this happens 3 out of 4 times. There are no checks and balances. It's very frustrating and with the negative reviews, instead of apologies, improvements should be made. I've gone to B. Millers for years, but have come to the conclusion that it needs to be taken off our rotation."

"We did takeout from here on December 30th. We ordered the 10 piece bucket of Fried Chicken, Family Fries, a French loaf of bread, and a bucket of Sweet Tea. The Fried Chicken coating was really crispy, but the chicken itself was not seasoned. Large pieces of chicken and the French Fries were good and the tea was really good."

"It's edible. That's all I have to say. I moved out of the San Antonio area 8 years ago. I have been back taking care of my mom. We decided to use the app and order dinner. Scheduled it for pickup about 7 pm. App usage: excellent. Communication: excellent. Service: excellent. Food: terrible. The brisket was tough and chewy and all but flavorless. The potatoes tasted fruity. The topperwein location this was. Earlier in the month, I went to the 3009/IH 35 location and had the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. Aside from being greasy, it was good adjacent and the potatoes tasted good. In my 35 years living in San Antonio I've never known Bill Miller to be so mediocre, but I won't be returning."

"what used to be one of my favorite places, has really scaled back their meal sizes. We would go there and my spouse would get any meal and my meal is always the salad. It was a good healthy portion of salad. Now it’s like a little side salad. Let us and vegetables have not increased that much. Go back to your large salads please. This is Texas."
