"Extremely stingy portions, one of my tacos had 4 cubes of steak in it. Chipotle just isn’t what it used to be. The value is gone, the prices have gone up but hey at least the food still tastes mid as always"

"It’s Chipotle - food is consistent and fast. Wish they didn’t use purple onions in everything, but that’s a personal preference. I’m very basic, meat, cheese and rice. Eaten several times and not had a wrong / bad order. Wife loves their guacamole - I can’t eat it because of the red onions. Update Dec 2023: Was getting my Chipotle fix and whatever was in the meat was so hot I couldn’t eat it. I had the rice, beans, “steak”, lettuce and cheese. No sauce, nothing else ( I’m pretty basic ). That was it. First bite and I was on fire to the point where it was difficult to breathe, face turned read and I started sweating. It’s like whatever hot seasoning they use for the meat was dumped on my portion. I couldn’t eat the rest and it was too hot for my wife who likes spicy food, so the meal went in the trash. So much for lunch that day. When I called the store, the clerk who answered the phone was of absolutely of no help, would not offer a refund or get a new one - nothing. Couldn’t talk to the manager either. I will not be back to this location - sorry, your lack of concern / apathy has lost at least this family. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby that have amazing service and great food. Note: food photo from previous visit"

"NEW year’s EVE. Writing this review while I’m ordering my order. Came in 6:45 pm to place an ToGo order. The Asian guy had the worst customer service . I can understand buddy you wanted to go home & enjoy your new year eve day. But we are paying $50 & serving us with the attitude, it won’t work with us. While the girl on register was so nice & smile ."

"While the flavors are good, the quality of the meat is terrible. Recently have been noticing more fat in the barbacoa than usual, so tried the steak. What a mistake! The steak had more fat than meat! This was inedible and a total waste of time and money. Very disappointed. Please make an effort to trim the fat from meat. Photo is the "steak" from just half a burrito bowl."
