"Sonic served us some BURNT footlongs... I went in with photos of the hotdogs asking for my replacement and they said there's nothing they can do without the receipt or the name of the manager that I spoke with. I'm pretty sure the receipt was stuck to the bag that was thrown away smh"

"I don't know what the deal with this place is. Every time I go there's no one manning the drive thru. They're sitting somewhere in the store and I've had to knock on the glass to get their attention. Then they also give you the wrong food. This has happened on multiple occasions. I'm gonna have to find a different place to eat as they are not professional here."

"Order a large tater tots With chili and cheese. Raw tater tots, it did not even have cheese or chili. they Don't even know their own specials. Rude and disrespectful. pay five dollars for tater tots and not even get a small order. Because you get it to go and you're at home by the time you realize it.. equality doesn't mean the quality of food is going to be good. not even qualified workers working. The young lady had to call the manager because she didn't know what to do. Then the manager came and went outside to see the special."

"Waited 20 minutes for my food. There were two other cars parked here besides me. Decided to give them another chance. Hit The button to order something and the lady told me that it would be just a minute why did 10 minutes was about to drive off and she came on speaker asking for my order. So I ordered a blast and waited another 15 minutes for that. Mind you there still are no other cars here besides me but two- the place is empty. I get my blast and open it up and it looks like this. This place is the worst I’ve ever been to."
