"Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 32 bone in wings that were completely soggy & undercooked. Had to throw away everything. The fries weren’t even half way decent. Now I have to go through DoorDash to try and get a refund. There is no number to call this place and talk to them directly. Very disappointing, wish I looked this place up and saw all the terrible reviews before I ordered."

"Ordered 32 bone in wings and they were the worst wings I've ever eaten. I hate wasting food but between 4 of us we will be throwing away half the wings. After eating a couple of wings we noticed a jelly like substance which we thought was just fat at first but it was in every bite. Absolutely disgusting and not worth the almost $60 bill. Avoid this place at all costs."

"They should change the name of the restaurant to "It's Just Chili's" because that's what it is. It's another company jumping on the trend of creating a fake restaurant name and pretending it's a separate business. It's literally just wings from chili's (that weren't great by the way). I should've gone on the company's website and read the "about us" page before ordering to find that out, but I don't think it's unreasonable for people to not think to do that before ordering from a restaurant. Won't be going back here again, and I probably won't be ordering from chili's again either (which is a shame because I like chili's, but I won't go if it means not supporting this stupid move by the restaurant) Edit: In response to the owner's reply to my review. Not one time on the website through the menu or the ordering screen does it mention these wings come from chili's. The ONLY place on your website that mentions it is on the "about us" page of the website, which is just the absolute minimum for you guys to say "we never hid this" when clearly you've made a conceited effort to not have this information as widely known as it should be. A good example would be on the menu page, where it lists the specific address of the location upwards of 5 times, and not one time mentions that it's inside of the chili's. There is not one single portion of the branding that insinuates that it is even affiliated with chili's. Clearly you are trying to market it as a completely separate eatery entirely to entice business. There's no point in pretending to act surprised when someone complains about it."
