"Atmosphere and the service was really great. The establishment was very clean and the server was always looking out for us. However, the food really sucked. I’ve been through a lot of Mexican restaurants, but the food didn’t meet the expectations."

"Great place, good Mexican food. The definitive test for me is how good the rice and refried beans taste and, oh man! They taste so good they took me back to my infancy all the way to Mom and Grandma's house! Only reason for a four star in food was for the size per amount paid. I wish it was more. By the way, the picture shows chicken chimichangas, which were served with a hot (temperature wise) cheese sauce. They were crunchy on the outside, moist and humid inside and the taste... Great!"

"We stopped here last night for a drink because the place we were supposed to have gone, I had the dates mixed up and we had missed the event LOL. The lady who sat us seemed to not know too much, the guy working around the bar, not behind it, didn't seem to know much either when we asked both about a drink menu. However, our waitress was very sweet and helpful. She gave us some recommendations, and we got some drinks which were pretty good. I enjoyed the peach Margarita and my husband liked the watermelon one. He had also ordered the raspberry one, but did not enjoy that one as much. The waitress had recommended my husband get the plate that gave him three options so he could try a couple of things. He ended up with an empanada, a flauta, and a tamale. Everything tasted pretty good. The plate also had beans and rice on there. Upon arrival you get chips with warm salsa. They have traditional outfits on the wall, and some other interesting things on their walls. I'm not a huge authentic Mexican food eater, but will probably be back to try some more things here."

"Stumbled in here but won't be again. Just average Mexican food. I stumbled in because it was late, and I really wanted Mexican food. The free warm sauce that came with the chips was the best thing I ate. The food had no seasoning. You can see in the pics my colorless shrimp fajitas and colorless rice. The fajitas didn't even come out sizzling, and they had almost no peppers. The charro beans were a little above average. The restaurant was very clean. My server gave really good service, and the prices are reasonable."

"In the fall revisit Oct 13. Combining 2 star visit last time with four star visit previously. Sloooooooooow service. Chicken tortilla soup was like non other. That’s not a compliment. Had veggies in there I’ve never had in other soups. Clunky presentation—fajita meat too big to eat, had to cut it up. Won’t go back. First visit in Springtime. An unexpected late night meal right before closing. Very accommodating. Chicken fajita nachos were delightful. Steak fajitas were tender and had a great taste. House margarita was perfect and cheap. Will need to go back for happy hour."
