If ever you receive something not to In n out standard they will fix it immediately. Also the fries are always fresh and they give you a salt packet to salt your own fries. You can ask for well done fries as well if you like them crispy. "The employees were nice despite it being busy. The burgers were very good but the fries are horrible! Even getting the chili fries didn't help. I'd come back for a burger but never the fries. It's very clean inside but not very big. Nice outside sitting area for good weather. Prices are reasonable and it's self serve for drinks."
