"I came out to celebrate my birthday with my friend and sister and we were completely dismissed. Bambi sat us down at a booth and then came back three minutes later to inform us that no one was serving that booth; She had us move forward to the next one. I noticed that she was in training so I wasn’t really upset with that, everyone learns. My issue was that our server Jada didn’t come to the table until 15 minutes later to finally introduce herself and ask what drinks we wanted. We ordered our drinks and then waited another 5 minutes for them. Then I notice our server was just sitting down in the booth behind us chatting with her boyfriend or home boy the whole dinner. Waited another ten minutes before she finally decided to stop talking with him, that she would take our order. I’m appalled by this treatment. I just came out and wanted to enjoy my birthday and was treated like I worthless and didn’t belong there. The whole visit time we were there, she was sitting and talking to him I ahead of helping her booths and tables. Along with that, once we got our food there was barely any fried on my plate. I’m so disappointed in this whole experience."
"Walked in and sat down immediately, my server Helena came over after a little bit and took my drink order and came back and got my food order, but I could barely hear her because she wouldn't speak up and she never would smile or act like she was happy to be there. Not having a happy server just made it a bad, unenoyable lunch because my presence is just upsetting to some, I guess. The chicken fried steak wasn't bad, BUT for some reason, it had chicken mixed in with the steak. I asked the manager on duty how does chicken get mixed in with steak and showed him, and he said it's because of the carelessness of the kitchen. The steak didn't taste bad, though. The mashed potatoes had a hard like shell on them from like been heated up or something. It took about 20 min to get my food from the time I ordered it. Most of the other servers looked happy to be there. The gentleman cleaning the tables off looked happier, so I don't know what was going on."
"I come here because Erin is the best! She is attentive and hardworking. Smiley is perky and fun, always entertaining. Out of everywhere to get lunch and a beer, this is a great place. Happy hour is decently priced and always rotating selections."
"Twin Peaks is always a fun time. This is a sports bar, so there are plenty of TVs and it gets loud. The servers are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is always fantastic. Get the Cheese Bites appetizer! They are the best ever! My entree was the Chicken Street Corn Salad. Beware: it's spicy! Military gets a 20% discount on their entree! The pictures of the specials is current as of 8-30-23 when we visited."
"A great sports enthusiasts gathering. First time visit at the request of friends. They live up to cold, tasty, reasonably priced beer reputation for sure! Bar support superb aside one young bartender who went out of her way to dampen the night. Only other problematic area is at the door. Really need to put someone up front who can smile and welcome a little better. Looked like she had a tad of an attitude. I chalked it up to youth. Customer service is extremely important to me. I usually don’t take much notice because everyone has bad days. But there just seemed there was “something else there” When I asked a harmless question about where to locate an item in the facility. The same was true with the young female behind the bar. Belittling customers in public for asking extremely simple questions is a HUGE no/no. Work on that. A “lot”. A simple, “…oh. Im sorry. You can’t get that item at the bar”, works very well. I may go again if invited by others. Otherwise, very nice facility. Great pricing. Loads of large screens. Plenty of comfortable seating and parking."
