"Ordered a BBQ chicken strip sandwich without the BBQ, and they forgot to take it off, so I had to drive back to get it fixed and the manager was very rude and didn’t believe me that I ordered it plain and dry when the receipt clearly stated I did. They have quick service at this location but the manager is not well suited for her position."

"This particular Whataburger location has always been on point. The service is friendly and quick. The food prepared and tastes terrific. It’s always a really good experience."

"I frequent this location of Whataburger in the hours between 11pm and 3 am because of my work schedule. The service is always friendly, fast, and thorough. But a special shout out to the staff here. I went through the drive thru a few days before Christmas on a night it took nearly 45 minutes to get through the line. The poor girl at the window was extremely apologetic for the wait. She then returned inside to be verbally assaulted by the people waiting inside for food. Still handed me my food with a smile and “have a good night.” And even with the beating they were obviously taking that night, it was one of the best burgers I ever had there. Definitely my favorite location they are the best around."

"I have been going to this whataburger for years and tonight was by far the worst experience ever. I am so upset. I work in the restaurant industry therefore I didn’t want to leave a bad review but after waiting almost an hour to get my food, knowing that it had been there for a good while. I didn’t want to bother anyone bc even the manager seemed to be so overwhelmed with so many orders. After a whole hour my husband finally asked for my food bc it was insane to wait that long. Again I’m in the same Industry so I didn’t say anything but the manager didn’t even acknowledge me he just kept ignoring me. I won’t be going back there anymore I rather get Taco Bell than wait forever and be ignored."

"Always fairly good. Perhaps the best thing about here, is that the menu can be altered and personalised with ease. With some places it takes a age to alter a standard menu item, here it’s fairly quick. I knocked a mark off because it does get busy and a drive through can take 30 mins at a bad time. With that said, great burgers, fries are fairly average in my opinion tho."
