"Not the best mc Donald’s….always have issues placing order, they never seem to understand what you’re saying…today we ordered a burger with only mayo and onions and the girl on the speaker had to get another person to finish taking our order bc she didn’t seem to understand what onions were. They made the order wrong and gave us a drink with a cracked cup that spilled everywhere. Sent it back and received the wrong burger again. …when we sent it back the first time it was like it was a inconvenience for the girl to fix the burger..so when it came out wrong again we just kept it… We were excited to have a mc Donald’s opening over here, but not so much anymore…"

"Terrible experience. This is a kiosk only McDonald's. So if you are planning on eatting inside the restaurant you have to check out yourself. The place-it-yourself ordering system is poorly designed. There are items that are not eligable to be a meal but, you wont know that until going down the rabit hole. This review is for new system itself. The place is clean and the food was fresh. I get it...Mcdonalds is trying different ways to cut Op. expenses...but when you have an over staffed kitchen... someone can man a register. I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK."

"At the order speaker, McDonald's employee over the headset requested I hang on a moment because she was in the bathroom. Gross! I had made an online order and already been charged otherwise I would just left. I had ordered two chocolate shakes and two Oreo McFlurries. As the two McFlurries are being handed to me I was told they made an extra one. Do you want it? I said sure and she proceeded to hand me the two I ordered. They didn't give me my two chocolate shakes so I had to ask for them. So at this point they have given me two shakes, two McFlurries and a large tea and no drink tray, until I asked for one. I'll drive further for a different McDonald's next time!"

"It’s a brand new McDonald’s. The restaurant is new and clean. You only order through a kiosk or through the app which doesn’t bother me, I enjoy points for free food. It did take 10 minutes for two happy meals which felt like a long time. They’re new and probably still working out the kinks. The young man, Bradley, working the dining room was friendly and working to help with the kiosks."
