"Don’t try to have full menu service after 8pm. Unsweet tea. Nope. French fries? Nope mash potatoes and coleslaw only. Love Popeyes but routinely at this location they start shutting down when the pm shift starts .. food is to be expected but there is no oversight at this location and junior employees routinely make decisions that affect customer experience. Update: when we got home we had an extra 8 piece of chicken I guess to make up for the fact that they didn’t have what we ordered.. extra food is always appreciated but can’t be good for business on a regular basis.. regardless I feel we get our exact order maybe half of the time.. never the unsweet tea though"

"I placed a mobile order 30 minutes prior to arriving. They made me wait 15 more. Then I was missing my coke, received the wrong flavor wings, and they did not include my side sauce. I went inside let them know and they said in Spanish that what I was saying wasn’t correct that they did what’s on the receipt amongst each other. Well. I speak Spanish and confronted them. The tall young girl then proceeded to ask me what exactly she said and had a very nasty attitude. Threw my food at me which was wrong again. Very bad experience and horrible customer service. Not the first time I’ve had a negative experience at this location."

"Phenomenal went here around 4:00pm with my husband and expected the usual Popeyes experience, old tenders/food and boy was I proved wrong! Everything was fresh and quick. Customer service was great as well. ❤️"

"The spicy chicken sandwich was not what I expected. Piece of chicken was so small most of one side was crunchy. The red beans and rice was not to the top. Looked like it was missing spoonfuls. Did not give out receipt. Overall very disappointed."
