"I would recommend you go anywhere but here for any of your car needs. I went in today for a diagnostic, i was told it would be $111 to check whats wrong with the car. I also asked to have my brakes checked since they fixed them months ago and they were squealing, I was told it was covered under warranty. Well, I get called back, brakes do need to be fixed and its covered under warranty but they cant fix anything else. Fine. I go in to pay and its over 111. Close to 170. I ask why, and apparently there were all these other diagnostics which I was never explained would be extra costs and were not covered under the 111 I was initially told. Great, I pay feeling sour because this isnt the first time I get nickel and dimed at this firestone and not told UPFRONT what they are charging me for. Drive away and my brakes are still making noise. I call back and get told to bring the car in. Are you kidding me!? No, I'm not coming back. Not ever, and not even if the current brakes are under your insurance. You rip me off every time I come in and the job cant even get done right. Enjoy the extra money you ripped me out of, you're fired. -Oh and, my husband doesnt get nickle and dimed when he takes the car in. But I had to do it because he is deployed, so take advantage of my wallet because I'm a woman? Wish there was someone I could put a complaint to about this disgraceful service."

"Worst. Make schedule for state inspection then arrive to be told they do NOT do appointments for state inspections! Had to reschedule my days to come back! We’re told No charge for state inspections for service members… then find that’s not true either. Needed one windshield wiper to pass inspection and they only have a $31 dollar option! After I was third in-line before the “state inspection “ even showed up and still had to wait four and a half hours waiting at the shop!!!! Nope. Do not recommend any service members to utilize this business! Hope they lose contract and make way for better Auto care business and services providers!!! Bad business."

"Took my car in there for an oil change. They automatically applied their sales coupon without me asking and I got out with a $55 synthetic oil change. Pretty good price. They even did a multi-point inspection and I felt they were honest about it. Only complaint is aafes has some rule they can't have coffee (like every other oil place ever)."
