"So my 7 year old refuses to eat here now because he got food poisoning from their chicken!!! 3 separate times they messed up my order! Can't ever get it right at this location so good luck to those who orders from this location!"

"The food was great. However, there wasn't one employee wearing gloves while preparing food. I also saw an employee wipe her nose and didn't wash her hands before continuing to prepare food. This is unacceptable."

"everytime we’ve gone in to order our food there is this one cashier that messes up our order and we never realize till we’re home at least 25-30 minutes away. last time we ordered with her was in october and i could tell she was still being trained so i didn’t mind just going back in for them to fix it, i had to back in 2 times and the 3rd time my husband had to go in because she kept telling them the wrong thing mind you that was October. well today 1/9/2024 between 4:40 and 5pm we went in to order the food and she still gets it wrong and of course we didn’t realize till we get home 25 minutes away. i don’t know if she jus doesn’t know what to press or she just presses whatever but it’s so frustrating when we pay for what we thought we were getting and end up with something we don’t want or even eat once we get home."

"Ridiculous wait times, I was the only customer in the store and placed one order and they took almost an hour to make one 8 count order of wings. This has happened multiple times and I will actively see employees on their phones not doing anything. Don’t cone here if you value your time"

"Food is always great! The wings are good but fries are better! Service is hit or miss. Sometimes I get the nicest most helpful people. Other times...well, not so much. Walking up and just staring at someone without saying a word is not a good approach. Offer a greeting, ask how you can help, or at least smile and make eye contact. Don't just walk up and stare blankly at them."
