There are issues with how employees are treated, which suggests a lack of effective management. Additionally, there is a perception that hiring decisions may be influenced by nepotism, as some longstanding employees are being replaced by relatives of the manager. These circumstances are troubling and warrant attention from higher management to ensure fair and effective leadership within the organization."

"We came in on a busy Friday night and the guys and girls in that Wing Stop were on it. The girls up front were training people and they all were helpful and doing their best to keep the flow going. Wings were 6/10 for me because I got boneless when I normally do bone in, and I’ve decided bone is just such a better way to go"

"Worst service I’ve ever gotten from any Wingstop. After waiting almost an hour (but being told my order would be ready in 16-20 min) I get home to cold fries. I called and let the manager know… I didn’t get an apology for the inconvenience or bad service. Just some free fries. What’s worse is after I called, I tried my drink and it was carbonated water!! Not even worth calling back. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!!"

"I didn’t want to leave a review but this is an ongoing issue that needs attention. I have ordered online multiple times with clear instructions on how the food should be prepared. I have been disappointed EVERY TIME. I decided to go inside and tell them in person exactly what should be done, I thought maybe they would get it right this. This time was worse than before. I made sure to repeat it 4 times to them. 4 times while inside the store!!!!! My coworker had the 8 plain and 8 bbq, she couldn’t get passed the first wing because it was undercooked, raw. Money wasted and our break from work wasted. We only get 30 minutes. Just imagine having your mouth set on some wings just for it to turn out to be a big disappointment. I hope this reaches whoever it needs to so that some things can change in the store, cause NO ONE is reading the instructions no way on how to prepare the food properly!!!!"

"I ordered extra extra crispy and that didn’t happen. A simple request. Why can’t I get such a simple request? Prior to receiving food, as I stood there in watch… no one was abiding by health code. Not one hairnet or beard guard. 2 guys had hair flowing everywhere, one who looked like a mop or cousin IT and another with braids flailing about (wasn’t able to get a picture). Almost all workers had long hair. Not one person in the kitchen abiding to health code. Very disturbing and gross to see. I’d hope moving location may increase quality of food and staff, however, that is not the case. I do not recommend this restaurant nor will I order from here again. On a positive note…Inside looked fine, relatively clean. Quality of food…subpar. I’d rather order wings from the Local Bar. Much better quality, flavor and they make them exactly how you order them."
