"I love putting my truck in Fifth Gear with full confidence that it’s going to continue to run strong and smooth! So I decided to bring my Truck to its primary service provider Fifth Gear Automotive. I was greeted immediately walking in and had great introduction of expectations based on my current time and mileage interval. I like to use a specific oil and filter based on preference. Which they had no problem with that as some auto maintenance/repair shops sometimes do which is nice. After I expected there service and handed over my keys they directed me to a fully furnished Customer Lounge. Including FREE coffee, Canned Seltzer, Bottled water, and Chips with a Tv and remote as well as free 5g Wi-Fi I knew I’d only be bringing my vehicle to this fine establishment for all of my automotive needs outside of my capability. These guys are professionals and made sure to under promise and over deliver with time and service punctuation. The main thing I appreciate in any service I receive is the capability for the business to properly keep me proactively aware of what to look forward to from there professional experience as far as the initially unexpected from my perspective as the customer, advised on current needs and last but not least following through expectations set and surpassing them. 5 stars ⭐️ Thanks for making the automotive service industry great for all your Neighbors in the Aubrey/Kruegerville/Cross-Roads area!
