Wasn’t greeted by anyone but when I said “Hello” the bigger gentleman behind the counter who was more preoccupied with some music video that lets just say had NOTHING TO DO WITH AUTOMOTIVE ANYTHING. (NSFW) I asked the gentleman’s name he said he was the manager and his names “Jimmy” I went to the Advanced Auto Parts on Austin Hwy. They were super helpful and professional!"

"Counter person had trouble finding "shifter cable bushing and clip kit". She did not know that it was under "auto transmission " and she felt that she needed to correct me. She didn't have the part and she didn't check the shelves. Looked like she was having a bad day or she didn't like my Dodgers t-shirt."

They didn't have a particular thing my husband was looking for but they were very helpful in telling us where we could find it."

A huge waste of time and blatantly disrespectful. Not sure what time frame is worth gambling my efforts to pick up my order if the listed hours are so at odds with reality"
