"Employees were nice and helpful. Found some good deals. The only problem was a huge leak in the roof. Please get this fixed. There were several aisles I couldn't even walk down because of giant tubs filled with rain water."

"I don't visit often but the last few times the service was amazing. My previous visit I purchased some beautiful decorative pillows. One of them had some spots on the back. The manager reduced the price for me. My last trip the associate that assisted me was so polite and courteous. He allowed me to photograph him as he worked. I felt valued as a customer. Definitely recommend"
"Very convenient location, nice staff and great prices. Usually always has what I need until they don't, but they're close to other stores so that's great. LOVE the bathbombs they sale, my favorite thing to get from there. They also have good phone accessories like earphones and chargers. Definitely recommend this place."
"Horrible experience. Tried to buy binders that were discontinued with a 70% sign above. The sign stated that 70% would be taken off the already marked down price. The manger was rude and offered no explanation. No customer service. I will no longer shop in that BIG LOTS"
