"I like to come here from time to time, as it’s one of my favorite places to dine in. If I don’t get the beef tenderloin pho, I get the Lemongrass Beef rice plate. I absolutely love the food, the meat always comes out tender and well-seasoned and overall my food has always been amazing. I am grateful to always have such kind and friendly servers who are willing to attend me for my every need and refills LOL. Me and my kids love to come here for lunch dates or when we want to order in! If I could give recognition to anyone it would be Lizzy! Almost every time I walk in, I am delighted to see her. She is always such a sweetheart to me and my children and always makes sure that we are satisfied by the end of our meal. I would 100% recommend Pho House to anyone and would come back a million times! Whatever they are doing please keep it up! I am a very happy regular customer."
"Employees spend a lot of time chatting it up with each other and not doing enough to keep the restaurant clean. Don't go in the bathrooms unless you want to be disgusted. Smells like a port-a-potty in the men's bathroom. Tables weren't clean; floors dirty and 4 employees standing around talking about Tiktok. The food was good but the prices make you feel like you were robbed."
"I called in for a to-go order. I requested 2 #16 which includes tenderloin. I requested that the tenderloin be fully cooked as I am pregnant. I confirmed twice over the phone and again when we picked up the food. Upon arriving at home I saw that the meat was still pink. I called the restaurant to tell them and they offered to make a new one and drive it to my house, but who wants to wait until past 9pm for dinner for a random person to come to your home and drop it off...all to keep a sale...and the manager actually blamed his own employee saying he was a trainee. Basic courtesy would be to offer a refund or store credit. The manager obliged to a refund that I would have to go claim. I thought that was the end of it, but it wasnt. He calls me again to tell me that he checked his camera feed and his chef cooked the meat and requested I send photo proof. Well here. If this means fully cooked I must also be the Queen of the Universe."
"Place is not good at all. And the bathrooms were so dirty, it was disgusting. Stay away . Poor people trying to keep their business alive but not actually cleaning their bathrooms. Who knows what they do behind the scene in those kitchens. Just distributing. Rosenberg is a ghetto town. I went to 3 locations. Hotel. Pho restaurant and two other hotels near by, all were disgusting dirty, stinky. Had some weird funk smell. Don’t come to this town to stay, shop, near eat. Stay in Houston area or midtown. It was one of the worst phos I’ve had in my life as well. I’ve been to over 150 pho restaurants in my life, that’s telling you something. Forgot to mention, we were waiting to get our food two of us, looked around and there was tables with no people, sitting there before we got there. And the table had not been cleared for the whole time we were there which would have been like 45mins. That’s how lazy, and unclean they are. Here’s the photos of damage dishes, and uncleared clean tables, after customers left for over half and hour. Just sad."
