"Got my daughter tacos before school. The first bean & cheese taco seemed okay at first ... but the second one, the moment we opened the foil, it smelled my car and had us gagging, smelled like spoiled beans. We had to throw the whole bag of food away because it smelled so bad. Called to speak with the manager to check the beans. First, the number on here was wrong, but finally got ahold of them. The GM said it was due to someone pouring too much seasoning, but idk because they smelled spoiled. She offered to replace the order but sorry no thanks ..."
"It's crazy, cause the post to be close at 10. But the lobby is closed at 6 o'clock 7 o'clock. And I can never get in and it's very irritating. Someone needs to do something about it. And I left my stuff inside. And they don't let people back in when they're supposed to be open till 10."
"Since I was driving close I attempted to get a quick taco but only one partner was assisting the drive trough and one couple was eating in the whole restaurant at 6: PM Sunday, but no assistance for more than long enough to take my order, till I opened the door. This place used to be the first aid kit for any hungry humans time ago. I’m not particular but/and I respect people which is afraid to make money. —-Well, Las Palapas-O’Connor came to the rescue. Bummm…tasty margaritas, extra good outgoing service and I just paid $7.49 for the dish on the picture."
"By far the best customer service experience at a Taco Cabana. The manger was on the drive thru and he was so attentive to me and ny order. I did ask for No Pico I am allergic to tomatoes but I came back 30 minutes later and my order was remade. But the chicken quesadilla was burnt sad face. I was so sad about NO chicken flautas another sad face. The manger recommend the pork flautas they weee spicy opened my nasal cavity right on up BUT they were delicious. They should be on the 5 for 5 instead. I was not disappointed yet sad with no chicken flautas usually it’s all I ever order. I took a chance on the pork flautas and they were worth my taste buds. The chicken taco plate was good no complaints"
