"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Zero stars if possible. Tried to buy a monitor for will call pick up online. Online system wouldn't let me and said to go to the will call desk to pay. So my husband and I drove an hour to the warehouse, paid for the monitor at the will call desk after their card reader system messed up 3 times, the 2 employees then told my husband to his face that pick up will be on Monday and there was no way to pick up the TV while we were there. They were the rudest we have ever encountered. Never shopping at Best Buy ever again..."

"Ordered a washing machine online. Got my email that it was ready for pickup. They open at 9:00 am, I get there at 9:30 and the door is locked for the online pickup area. Waited around for 15 minutes and decided to go to the employee entrance door and ring the bell. Told the guy that no one was up front and the door is locked. He said to give him a minute. I waited another 20 minutes and someone finally came to the door. He was polite and got me my receipt then told me to park at door 65 and someone will bring my order. 10:50 they finally brought it out. Worst experience!"

"Truck drivers ...DO NOT COME HERE!!! Totally ruined my weekend $$$$$$$$$. Fair warning !! I got here at 0500 for my 0800 appointment ( I hate appointments) they told me to come back at 0745. I came back and they checked me in , gave me a door....but only at around 1100 am they started unloading.....but is already 1300 and they are still unloading....5 hours and counting....and is FRIDAY!! I can kiss any load goodbye! Obviously they do not have any respect for our time at ALL .The receiving clerk even told me the average stay for a trucker is 5 to 6 hours. They do NOT pay detention. Brokers know this and send us here blindly. This place is forever on my black list !!STAY AWAY!! I rather get no loads than to get trapped here"

"1. Shipping office check in & receive dock. 2. Security gard check in(dock number documents check) 3. Unloading 4. Return Shipping office (Receive bol) Total use time about 1hour, normally Warehouse. Friendly People. Good place."

"I was greeted by a very nice woman who worked hard to get my order ready. The warehouse workers were respectful of my time, very helpful and courteous. Everyone was very mindful of the fragile television I was picking up and did a fantastic job loading it in my truck. The lobby, parking lot and warehouse were all very clean. The only reason i took a star off is because I waited about 25 minutes after I recieved the email telling me my order was ready to pick up. The people I dealt with were fantastic!"
