"I have to rate this place a 7 star. Reasons are I needed to immediately get a radiator flush and fill because Take 5 mixed my antifreeze with water and the wrong coolant. I never explained that but chose this location because of its highest rating. I spoke with Jimmy over the phone and his customer service is outstanding and he’s high quality. He made me a same day appointment which was very well needed. I’m glad I met him and his technicians are high quality. They are super efficient."

"The team at Pep Boys were quick and efficient in repairing an issue with one of my sensors on my Ford Explorer that caused it to break down. Dropped my car off on a Sunday afternoon via tow truck - had to leave it overnight as there was not a diagnostic technician working on Sunday (but no extra charge for the overnight stay!) - and it was done by Noon on Monday. The dealership would've taken a week at minimum. Thanks to the Pep Boys team - would definitely recommend and will use again if needed!"
