I know jack about cars and it was no issue for him. Because of him, I'll always look for a Napa first when i need something for my car."

"I stopped in today for a part. This place has terrible customer service. Two employees seated behind the counter when I asked for help. I was directed to a third employee at the register who was already helping a customer. I'll spend my money elsewhere."

"Horrible customer service today, stood in line for 30 minutes while waiting for employee to finish a very long phone call, someone asking all kinds of questions that can be easily called back. Every business owner knows customers checking out should take priority over phone calls, or learn how to multitask. Normally these guys are great, hate to see this happening, hopefully ownership sees this complaint and makes necessary adjustments."

"Gave them the final chance today. I have 4 vehicles and they NEVER have anything I ever need in stock - EVER. Now, in all fairness, they always say that can order and it can arrive usually late afternoon same day but that's another trip for me. The employees are friendly, helpful but never have what I need. The store is just cluttered and dirty. Yes, I know it's an auto parts store, but it doesn't need to look like an old garage from the 60s either. AutoZone is somehow always clean and well lit. It's always feels like I need my shots to enter Napa. Sorry guys, I won't be back again."
