In this era where things seem to be going backwards in food quality and quantity, the Jack in the box ultimate breakfast sandwich was enough for two people and those hash browns! Hello Jack in the Box. Somebody has been taking some cooking classes."

"This place is the worst fast-food restaurant I have ever experienced in my life everyone is rude as hell they play around more than they pay attention that's why they can't get an order right to save their lives and then when you go and confront them they act like it's your fault even the manager Maria had a stank attitude this place will never get another Penny from me I would rather go eat at McDonald's do not recommend it to anyone you will not leave with a good experience and also I've been in fast food for a long time so as I was telling them instead of y'all playing why don't you pay attention to your customers maybe y'all can get a order right and avoid people coming in here and the manager had the audacity that she lost two employees for the way that we spoke to them but food is something that should not be played with it can make somebody very sick if it's done incorrectly I will make sure that I called the corporate office and let them know that is not just employees but your managers also need to go back to training. And learn some customer service I would run circle around them and I don't even work there"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Their only saving grace was the burger. The fries were trash. Tonight there was an issue with the app. Here are the facts: The person in the drive through seemed to not know what to do about anything and slammed the window in our face. The apps coupons do not work. Your points do not accrue normally. The manager said he was never trained on the app and knows zero about it. This location is a franchise owned by someone who is not a resident of navasota, hence the reason there is zero care. It's a money-making investment. That's it. *fries are never, ever fresh. 0 out of 5 stars. Do not recommend. **Update: Why would I email a general email box for a franchise owner who doesn't even live in Navasota?"

"Very new location at the time of this writing. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The dining area is not huge, but has good seating options both for abled and disabled customers. All the tables have traditional outlets as well as USB outlets to charge devices. Even if the drive through line is long they don't delay dining room orders. All around good location. I have been coming here about twice a week since it opened earlier this year."
